鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术15例临床观察

目的探讨鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术的治疗方法及疗效。方法对15例鼻前庭囊肿患者，在鼻内镜鼻前庭进人行囊肿顶上部切开并扩大开口，使囊腔与鼻腔合二为一，完整保留剩余底壁囊壁，术后以明胶海绵和抗生素油纱条稍加压填塞处理。结果鼻内镜下鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术去除囊肿顶壁，剩余囊壁与鼻前庭皮肤黏膜相对生长融合，加快创缘愈合，术后随访2年，均未见囊肿复发及并发症。结论鼻内镜下切除囊肿上壁，实施囊肿揭盖术，具有手术精确、创伤小、伤口愈合快等微创手术优点。

The remaining cyst wall and the nasal vestibule muscosa will grow well. Recidivation and complication of cyst has not seen since the operation 2 years ago. Conclusion By using this method, the operation will be more accurate, the trauma will be less and the vulnus heal faster.
