| 摘 要： | 医事法专业是一门新兴交叉专业，当前主要在医学院校开设。医学和法学都是实践性很强的专业，由此决定了医事法专业教育的实践性特点。医学院校要发挥其办学优势，关键是提升实践教学在专业教育中的地位，优化实践教学环节，改革和完善传统实践教学方法，培养学生的实践能力和创新能力。

| Abstract: | Medical jurisprudence co urse,a new and developing course,is mainly offered in medical colleges and universities. Medical science and legal science belong cours＆s practical teaching. In order should increase the ratio of practical tional teaching method,build up the to strong practical knowledge, which destines the characteristics of medical jurisprudence to give full play to its professional knowledge and skill, medical colleges and universities teaching in specialized course,improve the link of the practical teaching, reform the tradistudents＇ practical skill and innovative ability. |
