舌下络脉诊法的组织学基础

为阐明中医舌下络脉的实质,采用连续组织切片结合解剖追踪观察了舌腹面粘膜下静脉及肌层血管,并与犬和大白鼠相对照.结果:舌下络脉在舌腹面外带为舌神经伴行静脉及其属支;内带为舌下神经伴行静脉及其属支;舌边细络为舌神经伴行静脉与舌根静脉的属支,它们均分布在粘膜下层近肌层,犬与大白鼠有相同分布.舌静脉有丰富的静脉瓣和瓣窦,有双瓣、单瓣、静脉隔等类型,舌下神经伴行静脉及舌神经伴行静脉中末段尤多,有连续呈葫芦串者.

HISTOLOGICAL BASIS OF DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF SUBLINGUAL VESSELS

To explore the sublingual vascular essence of Chinese medicine, tracing observation of both ventral submucosal veins and muscular vessels of tongue by cansecutive histological sections and topography, and the comparisons between dogs and rats were carried out. Results: On lingual ventral surface, sublingual vessels in external area were veins and their branches accompanied by lingual nerve, sublingual vessels in internal area were veins and their branches accompanied by hypoglossal nerve, and peripheral microvessels were branches of veins accompanied by the lingual nerve or the lingual root veins. These veins were all located in the submucosal layer close to the muscular layer of the tongue in both Beagle dogs and rats. There were plenty of venous valves and valve sinuses in lingual veins, especially in the last segments of the veins accompanied by the lingual nerve or the hypoglossal nerve. The venous valves appeared such types as double-valve, singe-valve and venous diaphragm etc. Some of the veins appeared as a string of calabashes.
