| 摘 要： | 目的：建立十珍香附丸的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对方中的香附、当归、川芎、黄芪进行了定性鉴别；采用HPLC法测定制剂中的芍药苷含量。结果：定性定量方法简便，准确，专属性强，重现性好。结论：提高后的质量标准更有效的控制该产品的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To set up the standard for the quality control of Shizhen Xiangfu Pills.Methods:Rhizoma Cyperi,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Rhizama Chuanxiong and Radix Paeoniae Alba were identified by TLC.The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Results:The identification and assay methods were simple,accurate,exclusive,and with good reproducibility.Conclusion:The improved quality standards can control the qulity of this product effectively. |
