彩色多普勒超声对肝硬化患者门脉血流改变的评价

目的：研究肝硬化患者门脉系统彩色多普勒超声（CDFI）检查血流动力学改变。方法：应用彩色多普勒超声（彩超）检测50例肝炎后肝硬化患者（ChildA级20例,B级20例,C级10例）门静脉内径（Dpv）、门静脉平均血流速度（Vpv）、门静脉血流量（Qpv）、脾静脉内径（Dsv）、脾静脉平均血流速度（Vsv）、脾静脉血流量（Qsv）,并与正常人进行对比研究。结果：肝硬化患者Dpv、Dsv增宽,Vpv、Vsv减慢,Qsv增加;肝功能损害越严重,变化越明显。结论：CDFI提供的信息对于慢性乙型肝炎（CHB）及肝硬化的诊断,具有重要的实用价值。

Evaluation of hemodynamic changes of portal veins in patients with liver cirrhosis by color Doppler

Objective:To study the changes of hemodynamics in patients with liver cirrhosis by color Doppler.Methods: Color Doppler ultrasound was applied to detect the inner diameter, average velocity of blood flow,quantity of blood flow of portal vein and splenic vein for 50 patients with post-hepatitis hepatocirrhosis (20 of Child grade A,20 of grade B.10 of grade C),which were subsequently compared with the healthy controls. Results: In patients with hepatocirrhosis, the inner diameter of portal vein and splenic vein were widened, the average velocity of blood flow of portal vein and splenic vein were slowed down and the quantity of blood flow of splenic vein was increased, and the more serious of liver function damage, the more obvious of the change. Conclusion: The information provided by CDFI can diagnose CHB, cirrohsis and it has an important practical value.
