胸腔细管引流注入顺铂治疗恶性胸积液

为评价胸腔细管闭式引流注入顺铂治疗恶性胸积液的疗效，将收治的６０例经病理学证实为恶性胸积液病人随机分为两组，引流组３０例采用胸腔细管闭式引流２４ｈ内注入顺铂拔管；对照组３０例，用常规胸穿抽液５天１次，共２次，同时注入顺铂。结果：引流组有效率８３．３％，对照组为５３．３％，两组间差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。副作用有胸痛及Ⅰ～Ⅱ级胃肠道反应，病人能耐受。胸腔细管闭式引流注入顺铂是一安全、高效、副作用少，病人能接受的治疗恶性胸积液方法。

The malignant pleural effusion treated by influxing DDP through thorax drainage tube

In order to evaluate the curative effect for malignant pleural effusion by influxing DDP through closed thoracic drainge tube, 60 hospitalized patients diagnosed as malignant pleural effusion by pathology were automaticly divided into two groups. the drainage group and the control one. The drainage group(30 cases) were influxed DDP into the chest through closed thorax drainage tube and then decannulation within 24 hours. The effusion from the control group (30 cases) were routinely sucted out by syringe, once five day, twice together, and injected into DDP at the same time. Results indicated that the effective rate in the drainage group was 83.3%, the one in the control group was 53.3%, the difference between the two group was significant(P<0.05). There had side effect, ie, thoraxic pain and the Ⅰ～Ⅱ stage gastrointestinal reaction, but the patients could tolerate. It indicated that influxing DDP into the chest through closed thoraxic drainage tube is a kind of safety, high efficiency, less side effect and tolerable therapy to malignant pleural effusion.
