| 摘 要： | 阐述紧张型头痛的中医辨证论治的方法。紧张型头痛的核心是气机失和，痰瘀阻络。据此提出从肝论治、痰瘀同治、扶正祛邪的治疗方法；并对治疗药物的选择论述了自己的认识，同时强调了疾病缓解期溯源治本的治疗思路。

| Abstract: | Clarifying the treatment method to tension - type headache by differentiation of TCM. The core of tensiontype headache is disharmony of Qi and blockage of collaterals by phlegm and blood stasis. Putting forward a treatment method that tension-type headache should be treated by treated by treating Liver,phlegm and blood stasis as well as supporting Qi and dispelling evil. Expounding my own opinion on choic of herbs and emphasizing the view that tension-type headache should be treated on root at the remission stage. |
