氧自由基在肠缺血/再灌注损伤中的作用机制

摘    要:肠缺血/再灌注时会引发大量氧自由基的产生,而氧自由基在肠道中可引起肠道细胞的脂质过氧化、DNA损伤、蛋白质变性、钙超载、信号转导异常、能量代谢障碍、线粒体损伤、细胞凋亡等一系列变化。氧自由基清除剂可缓解氧自由基对肠的损伤。通过对氧自由基在肠缺血/再灌注损伤中的作用机制的了解,医师能够更充分地对肠缺血疾病进行系统性的治疗,提高疾病的治愈率以及患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Intestinal ischemia-reperfusion will cause large oxygen free radicals and oxygen free radicals in the intestinal cells can cause a series of changes such as lipid peroxidation,DNA damage,protein denaturation,calcium overload and signal transduction exceptional,energy metabolism disorders,mitochondrial damage,apoptosis and so on.Free radical scavenger can alleviate oxygen free radical damage to the intestine.Based on the understanding of the mechanism of action about oxygen free radicals mechanism in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury,physicians can cure ischemia of intestine diseases systematically to improve the healing rate of disease and quality of life of patients.
