103例生殖道感染妇女的检测结果分析

目的 :了解自感有临床症状的、可疑生殖道感染妇女的阴道清洁度、感染率及各种病原体感染情况。方法 :选择有临床症状的、可疑生殖道感染的妇女为对象 ,共 117例。按年龄不同将其分为 4组 ,组 (2 0～ 3 0岁 )、组 (3 1～ 40岁 )、组 (41～ 50岁 )、组 (50岁以上 )。对她们进行 1阴道分泌物悬液镜检 (检测阴道清洁度、霉菌、滴虫 ) ,阴道分泌物涂片镜检(检测革兰氏阴性双球菌 )和阴道分泌物 BV检测。 2由宫颈内取材 ,作 CT抗原检测 ,UU、MH快速培养。 3取静脉血作 HPV、HSV、RPR抗体检查 ,由宫颈内取材作 NG快速培养。所有患者均做 12项检查 ,HPV、HSV、RPR、NG感染可疑者做 3检查。结果 :117例对象中有 10 3例生殖道感染 ,感染率为 88.0 3 % ,其中组 感染率最高 57.0 4%。阴道清洁度在 以上者为 90 .59% ,组 最高占 56.41%。 10 3例患者感染 8种病原体 ,它们依次为 (感染率由高到低 )支原体 (63 .11% )、细菌性 (50 .48% )、衣原体 (41.74% )、霉菌性 (2 7.17% )、人乳头瘤病毒 (6.79% )、单纯疱疹病毒 ( 型、 型共 4.85% )、滴虫性 (2 .91% )、淋病(1.94% )。结论 :117例被检妇女中有 10 3例患有生殖道感染 ,其发病率高达 88.0 3 % (10 3 / 117) ,且组 最高 57.40 % (64/117)。其主要原因一是?

Examination result analysis on 103 women with urinary tract infection

Objective: To find out the virginal clearness,infection rate and the various pathogen infec tions of those self-felt clinical symptoms and suspicious urinary tract infecti on Methods:117 women of self-felt clinical symptom s and suspicious urinary tract infection were divided into four groups by age (Group Ⅰ:20~30 years old,Group Ⅱ:31~40 years olds,Group Ⅲ:41~50 y ears old and Group Ⅳ:51~60 years old) They undertook the following exami n a tions:1 the suspension micro-examination,smear micro-examination and BV exami nation of virginal secretion;2 CT antigen test of cervical secretion;3 HPV,HS V and RPR antigen test of vein blood Results:103 of the 1 1 7 cases suffer urinary tract infection (88 03%) ,the highest infection rate is group Ⅰ (57 40%) Conclusion: One of the main causes of high infection rate has so mething to do with their husbands who suffer genitourinary tract infection The s econd cause may have some relationship with their occupations,and the third caus e is that they are in active sexual cycle and susceptible The main pathogens ar e mycoplasma bacteria and chlamydia
