168例功能性消化不良合并肠易激综合征患者临床症状调查

目的对168例功能性消化不良合并肠易激综合征患者进行临床症状调查。方法采用问卷调查法。调查患者性别、年龄等一般情况及消化道症状。结果本病患病率随年龄增长有增高趋势,40~60岁为最高患病率年龄段。女性多于男性,腹痛、腹胀症状在便秘型肠易激综合征中出现频率较高。结论功能性消化不良和肠易激综合征可合并存在,患者可有不同部位的不同症状同时出现。这提示功能性消化不良和肠易激综合征的发病机制不是部位特异性的。

Clinical symptoms of 168 patients with functional dyspepsia combined with irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical symptoms of 168 patients with functional dyspepsia combined with irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A patient was investigated by using a questionnaire on gastrointestinal symptoms and general circumstance including sex and age etc.Results The rate of functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome was incresasing as aging,reached the peak in the age of 40~60 years.The prevalence of FD and IBS in women was higher than that in men.Abdominal pain and bloating were more common in irritable bowel syndrome patients with constipation.Conclusion From these we can see that functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome are co-existed.Different part and different symptoms of a patient appeared coinstantaneous.These indicate that mechanism in functional dyspepsia and irritable bowel syndrome are not differential.
