精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物治疗后的血清催乳素水平及其与性功能障碍的关系

目的了解血清催乳素与抗精神病药物所致性功能障碍的关系。方法男、女正常对照组各30例,应用简明性功能障碍自评量表确定有性功能障碍的男、女精神分裂症患者各30例和无性功能障碍的男、女精神分裂症患者各30例。测量各组受试者的血清催乳素水平,并采用简明精神病量表和副作用量表评定疾病严重程度和副作用严重程度。结果性功能障碍组患者的血清催乳素水平显著高于正常对照组和性功能正常组。血清催乳素与简明性功能障碍自评量表的男性性功能减退因子、女性月经紊乱因子存在正相关,与副作用严重程度呈负相关。结论高血清催乳素与男性分裂症患者的性功能减退有关,和女性分裂症患者的月经紊乱有关。血清催乳素和抗精神病药物剂量的关系可以用来指导临床治疗。

Relationship between Serum Prolactin and Sexual Dysfunction Induced by Antipsychotic

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum prolactin and sexual dysfunction induced by antipsychotic drug.Methods Two normal control groups were comprised of 30 men and 30 women respectively.By using Brief Sexual Dysfunction Self-Rating Scale,schizophrenic outpatients were divided into four groups: 30 male and 30 female patients with sexual dysfunction,and 30 male and 30 female patients without sexual dysfunction.The serum prolactin of all participants in each group was measured,and severity of disease and side effect in all schizophrenic outpatients were estimated by using brief psychiatric rating scale and treatment emergent symptoms scale respectively.Results The serum prolactin reached the highest level in patients with sexual dysfunction.In addition,serum prolactin had significantly positive correlation with male sex deficiency and female menstrual disorder,and significant negative correlation with severity of side effect in all schizophrenic outpatients.Conclusion The high level of serum prolactin was a risk factor of sexual dysfunction induced by antipsychotic in male and female schizophrenic patients.In addition,the relationship between serum prolactin and antipsychotic can contribute some clue to clinical treatment.
