2型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白与下肢血管病变的关系

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变与C反应蛋白的关系。方法用高分辨率彩色多普勒超声对100例2型糖尿病患者下肢血管进行检查，同时测定超敏C反应蛋白、血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白等，分析上述指标与糖尿病下肢血管病变的关系。结果下肢血管病变组的超敏C反应蛋白、年龄均显著大于无病变组（P〈0．01）且在重度病变组两者均显著大于轻中度病变组（P〈0．01），病程在下肢血管病变组大于无病变组（P〈0．05），轻中度病变组与重度病变组无明显差异（P〉0．05）；重度病变组的低密度脂蛋白胆同醇均大于无病变组和轻中度病变组（P〈0．05），而后两组LDL无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论2型糖尿病患者超敏C反应蛋白水平升高与下肢血管病变的发生、发展密切相关，故治疗时除降糖、降脂外应积极控制超敏C反应蛋白。
