| 摘 要： | 目的 本文研究新疆蒙古族女学生月经初潮年龄状况，以及身高、体重与痛经的关系。方法 调查统计采用寿命表法计算初潮年龄，用作图法显示整个月经来潮过程。结果 蒙古族女生初潮高峰为12岁，初潮发生有两上季节高峰即冬季和春季有，有痛经人数较多，初潮对身高体重影响较大。结论 本研究为人类生长发育提供参考资料。

| Abstract: | Objective The menarches of 272 pupils of Xinjiang Mongolia Nationality were studied, and the relationship among the height, the weight and the dysmenorrhea was analysed. Methdos The manarche age was calculated by life span graft and the whole course of eah menstu-ation was showed in the diagrammatic chart. Results The peak of menarche was 12 years old in this group. The menarche showed two season peaks: winter and spring. Many pupils presented dysmenorrhea. The menarche affected the height and weight signiflcandy. Conclusion This study provides reference data for growth and development of humen being. |
