手法配合走罐治疗急性腰扭伤82例

Treating 83 Cases of Acute Lumbar Injury with Manipulation and Running Cupping

cases of acute lumbar injury began with relaxing the adhered soft tissues and regulating the tendons and muscles. Then the chiropractic manipulation of rotational reduction on the lumbar vertebral was applied to realign the vertebra and relieve incarcerated synovium so as to rehabilitate the function of posterior articulation of lumbar vertebral. After that, the running cupping therapy was integrated to further promote local blood and lymph circulation and improve metabolism of the local tissue to relieve blood stasis, reduce swelling and stop pain. Among the 82 cases, 46 were found cured, 27 cases showed markedly improved and 9 effective, with the total effective rate reaching 100%. The minimum time for treatment was only once , while the maximum 3 times.
