中西医结合治疗哮喘急性发作的疗效观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法：选用2010年1月~2011年6月160例哮喘急性发作的患者,随机将上述患者分为两组,对照组及治疗组,对照组给予支气管哮喘急性发作时的常规解痉平喘处理等,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针灸治疗,两组患者疗程共2周。通过观察患者的临床症状改善及肺功能的改善来评定疗效。结果：两组患者的临床缓解及肺功能的改善差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论：针灸辅助常规西药治疗可以显著改善支气管哮喘急性发作期时患者的临床症状及提高肺功能,临床效果明显。

Clinical observation of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of asthma

Objective: To evaluate clinical efficacy in the combination therapy of acute attacks of bronchial asthma. Methods: One hundred and sixty cases of patients with acute attack of asthma were divided into two groups, control group and treatment group. Control group was in the general spasm and asthma treatment, the treatment group were given acupuncture treatment on the basis of treatment, patients were treated for 2 weeks. Assessed efficacy by observing the patient’s clinical symptoms and lung function improved. Results: The two groups of patients in clinical remission and improvement in lung function significantly, P<0.05. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined conventional Western medicine can significantly improve bronchial asthma in patients with acute exacerbation of clinical symptoms and improve lung function, the clinical effect is obvious.
