PICC在大肠癌患者中的应用及护理

目的：探讨外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）在大肠癌手术及术后化疗患者中的应用及护理。方法：回顾PICC置管在100例大肠癌患者围术期及术后5-FU/LV、FOLFOX4、6方案化疗中的应用、护理及相关并发症处理的临床资料。结果：100例患者均置管成功,所有患者顺利完成经PICC静脉营养等大剂量药物准确输入,减少了化疗患者反复静脉穿刺及药物产生的毒副反应,常见并发症得到了及时的处理。结论：PICC在大肠癌患者中的临床应用效果良好,并发症少,提高了大肠癌患者生活质量。

Clinical application and nursing of peripherally inserted central catheter in colen cancer patients

Objective: To evaluate the clinical application and nursing care of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) in colorectal cancer perioperative and postoperative chemotherapy. Methods: This study retros pectively analyzed the clinical data of the perioperative and postoperative 5-FU/LV, FOLFOX4, 6 chemotherapy application, care and treatment of complications in 100 cases of colorectal cancer patients. Results: All patients were all successful cathetered and completed the intravenous nutrition and large dose of peripherally inserted central catheter drug accurately input. The chemotherapy patients avoided to venipuncture repeatedly and reduced the adverse reaction of drug produce. The common complications get timely treatment. Conclusion: The application of peripherally inserted central catheter has good effect and less complications improving the quality of life in patients with colorectal cancer.
