药物治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡疗效观察

目的：探讨四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者的临床疗效。方法：将138例幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者随机分为观察组69例,对照组69例,对照组以奥美拉唑、果胶铋胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用呋喃唑酮治疗。观察两组患者疗效及幽门螺杆菌清除率。结果：观察组总有效率为97.10%,显著高于对照组的59.56%;观察组幽门螺杆菌清除率为97.10%,高于对照组的75.36%。差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奥美拉唑、果胶铋胶囊、阿莫西林胶囊、呋喃唑酮联合治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡效果显著,呋喃唑酮有确切疗效。

Observation of curative effect on patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer treated by quadruple therapy

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the patients with peptic ulcer and positive helicobacter pylori treated by quadruple therapy. Methods: One hundred and thirty-eight cases of patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer were divided into the observation group and the control group, 69 cases in each group. The control group was treated by omeprazole, bismuth pectin capsules, amoxicillin capsules. Furazolidone was added in the observation group based on the control group. Then the efficacy of the two groups and the clearance rates of the helicobacter pylori were observed. Results: The total efficiency rate of the observation group was 97.10%, which was higher than 59.56% of the control group; The observation group’s clearance rate of helicobacter pylori was 97.10%, which was higher than 75.36% of the control group. Both showed significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of the helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer, the omeprazole, bismuth pectin capsules, amoxicillin capsules, furazolidone show remarkable effects, and the effect of furazolidone is exact.
