| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察中药灌肠直流感应电疗机离子导入加用敏感抗生素综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法 :符合慢性盆腔炎诊断的 2 49例患者作为研究对象 ,分为三组 : 组为敏感抗生素组 , 组为单纯中药灌肠组 , 组为中药灌肠离子导入加敏感抗生素组 ,并进行疗效分析比较。结果 :第 组明显高于第 , 组 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :中药灌肠离子导入口服敏感抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎较单纯中药或西药抗生素治疗有疗程短、治愈率高、远期疗效好等优点

| Abstract: | Objective: It is to explore the effect of Chinese medical herbs enterodysis by Zhiliu Ganying Dianliaoji ion introduction plus sensitive antibiotic in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory.Methods: Two hundred and forty nine cases were divided into three groups. Group Ⅰwas treated with sensitive antibiotic. Group Ⅱ was treated with Chinese medical herbs. Group Ⅲ was treated with Chinese medical herbs enterodysis by ion introduction plus sensitive antibiotic. Results: The therapeutic effects of group Ⅲ were higher than those of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,P<0.01.Conclusion: The method of Chinese medical herbs enterodysis by ion introduction plus sensitive antibiotic in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory has short period, high healing and good effects. |
