妊娠期宫颈涂片细胞学筛查

目的 探讨在妊娠期进行宫颈涂片筛查的必要性、可行性,安全性及妊娠期宫颈病变的特征。方法 对在本院就诊的９４例孕妇,１０５３例同龄非妊娠正常体检者及１９０８例妇科门诊患者的宫颈涂片细胞学筛查结果进行分析对比。结果 孕妇宫颈病变发生率为９．３％。与妇科患者组有正常对照组相似,包括感染及鳞状上皮内病变,但孕妇组宫颈病变以感染为主,其发生率达８９．９％,明显高于其他两组（６４．５％及６９．１％,Ｐ〈０．０

Papanicolaou test in pregnancy

Objective To investigate the necessity,safety and acceptability of routine Papanicolaou(Pap) smear in pregnant women and cytological characteristics of the smears during pregnancy. Methods Pap smear were performed in 954 pregnant women,1 053 normal controls and 1 908 gynecological outpatients. The cytological preparations were analyzed by using PAPNET method and following Bethesda(TBSNCI) diagnostic criteria. Quality control was carried out by following TBSNCI standard. Results Abnormal epithelial change was found in 89 women (89/954,93%) of pregnant group, which was quite similar to normal controls group and gynecological group. Occurrence rate of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL) was the lowest in pregnant group (094%,9 in 954 cases), comparing with control group (275%) and gynecological group (623%). However, pregnant group had the highest infection rate (899%),as compared to gynecological group (645%),and normal controls group (691%) (P<001). Conclusions Cervical Pap smear test is necessary, safty and acceptable for routine prenatal tests. Any pregnant women with infections must be treated as nonpregnant one.
