| 摘 要： | 目的 调查苏州地区肺炎链球菌(Sp)临床分离株四环素耐药tet M基因。方法 设计、优化编码细菌核糖体保护蛋白的tet M基因PCR检测体系，对2002年9月至2003年4月自苏州大学附属儿童医院呼吸科患儿痰标本中分离的23株Sp菌(四环素表型耐药17株、中敏3株、敏感3株)进行检测。结果 23株Sp菌均检出tetM基因(100％)。结论 苏州地区Sp分离株已对四环素具有拮抗作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate tetracycline resistance tet M gene of isolated streptococcus pneumoniae strains in Suxhou area. Methods Building PCR system,the tet M gene of 23 streptosoccus pnemoniae strains (tetracycline resistant 17; tetracycline sesitive 3;tetracyclin middle sensitive3) isolated from sputum of children with respiratory infection in Suzhou area were detected. Results Twenty three strains had tet M gene (100%). Conclusion Isolated srains of streptococcus pneumoniae in Suzhou area had resistance to tetracycline. |
