江西钩端螺旋体病家畜传染源传播势能的调查

摘    要:目的了解江西生猪及耕牛等家畜在钩端螺旋体病传播过程中的传播作用,以制定相应的防治对策。方法调查生猪及耕牛存栏状况及饲、喂养方式,采集猪肾、牛尿进行钩端螺旋体病原分离,并对血清抗体水平进行检测。结果调查点的生猪圈养率达100.0%,采用精饲料和粮食混合喂养的生猪占总存栏头数的82.36%,耕牛均为放养,以青草、干草等喂养,生猪病原分离阳性率逐年下降,耕牛病原分离阳性率达6.22%,血清抗体水平分别为9.33%和45.33%。结论由于目前生猪圈养率不断提高,生猪感染钩端螺旋体的机率大大下降,在钩端螺旋体病的传播过程中其传播作用逐渐下降,而耕牛均采用放养,其传播作用在逐渐显露,已成为一些地区钩端螺旋体病的主要传染源。

Abstract:Objective To understand the role of livestock such as pig and farm cattle in the transmission of leptospirosis and make correspnding prevention measures. Methods The quantity of livestock raised and the breeding ways of livestock were investigated, leptospira was isolated from the kidney of pig and the urine of farm cattle collected.Blood serum antibody was detected. Results The rate of the pigs raised in the fence reached 100%.The rate of the pigs mixed fed with refined feed and food stuff was 82.36%. Farm cattle were all grazed and ate green grass and hay. The isolation rate of leptospira in pig had been decreased year by year. The isolation rate of leptospira in farm cattle was 6.22%. The antibody positive rate of the pig and the farm cattle were 9.33% and 45.33% respectively. Conclusion The infection rate of leptospira in the pigs is greatly reduced as the pigs are now raised in pigpen. and the role of pigs in the transmission of leptospirosis has been on the derease. while all the farm cattles are raised in the wild and has now become the main infection source of Leptospirosis in some regions.
