摘 要: | 目的:采用图形视觉诱发电位平均峰的潜伏期和波幅的变化为指标,评估使用氟西汀治疗形觉剥夺型弱视模型猫的疗效。方法采用德国Roland视觉电生理仪,对3例正常对照组和15例形觉剥夺型弱视猫进行P-VEP的检测,进行治疗前后潜伏期和波幅的比较。结果1、正常对照组P波潜伏期平均48.33±3.51ms,波幅平均55.69±3.52μV,单眼形觉剥夺猫P波的潜伏期平均58.23±4.62ms,波幅平均38.24±2.96μV,与正常组相比有统计学意义(p<0.05)。2、经氟西汀治疗4周、8周后,P波潜伏期稍缩短,波幅稍增加,与未经治疗的对照组比较无统计学意义。治疗12周后,P波潜伏期进一步缩短,波幅进一步增加,与未经治疗的对照组相比较有统计学意义,但仍低于正常对照组。治疗16周、20周后,P波潜伏期及波幅进一步恢复,与正常对照相比,未见因形觉剥夺而引起的明显变化,无统计学意义。结论经氟西汀治疗16周或更长时间后,弱视模型猫的视觉诱发电位P波潜伏期缩短,波幅增加,其变化过程与人类弱视儿童治愈过程中视觉诱发电位P波潜伏期和波幅的变化相一致。

Changes of P-VEP in the monocular visual deprivation cats elicited by using fluoxetine treatment |

Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of fluezetine on changes of PVEP in the monocular visual de-privation cats. Methods The P-VEP of fifteen monocular visual deprivation cats were recorded with Roland P-VEP e-quipments. The changes between before- and after-treatment with fluezetine for groups of different periods (4, 8, 12, 16 and 20 weeks)were investigated by comparing the monocular visual deprivation cats with the normal group of animals. Results 1、The average amplitude density was 55.69±.52μV, and the average latency was 48.33±3.51ms in the group of normal cats. The average amplitude density was 38.24±2.96μV, and the average latency was 58.23±4.62ms in the group of the monocular visual deprivation cats. 2、After treatment of fluezetine for twelve weeks, the amplitude densties were increased progressively and the latencies were shortened than before-treatment. The amplitude densities and the latencies partially have been recovered after treatment for sixteen and twenty weeks, but there is no statistically signifi-cant by comparison with normal group. Conclusions Fluoxetine could increase the amplitude densities, and shorten the latencies as well in the monocular visual deprivation cats. The results were corresponded to those of clinic theurapia for amblyopia’s children using fluoxetine. |
