| 摘 要： | 新一轮医改使医院药学的发展面临挑战和机遇,给我国的医院药师提出了新的更高的要求。来自北京地区各级医疗机构的百余位药学专家通过热烈的讨论达成本共识,以期能够促进医院药学的发展、促进人民群众的合理用药、提高我国药师的职业素养和职业地位、构建和谐与可持续发展的医疗环境。

| Abstract: | The development of hospital pharmacy is facing opportunities and challenges and hospital pharmacists are presented with higher requirements under the new round of medical reform. More than one hundred pharmaceutical experts of Beijing medical institutions at all levels reached this consensus through animated discussion, with a view to promoting the development of hospital pharmacy, promoting rational use of drugs, improving the professionalism and occupational status of Chinese pharmacists, and building a harmonious and sustainable healthcare environment. |
