| 摘 要： | 目的验证电针辅助治疗对重型脑外伤昏迷病人促醒的疗效和优越性。方法将重型脑外伤昏迷患者50例随机分成两组，电针辅助治疗组30例，常规治疗对照组20例，进行临床对比观察。结果治疗组良好率70．0％，对照组良好率40．0％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论电针辅助治疗对重型脑外伤昏迷病人的促醒有更好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To prove the efficacy and advantage of electroacupuncture-assisted treatment for resuscitating coma patients with serious brain trauma.Methods Fifty coma patients with serious brain trauma were randomly allocated to two groups,an electroacupuncture-assisted treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 20 cases for comparative observation.Results The improvement rate was 70.0% in the treatment group and 40.0% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference(P<(0.05)).Conclusion Electroacupuncture-assisted treatment is more effective in resuscitating coma patients with serious brain trauma and worthy to be clinically popularized and applied. |
