| 摘 要： | 目的 调查男性淋病患者不同感染时期其合并沙眼衣原体感染的状况 ,为性传播疾病的预防、控制提供参考依据。方法 应用聚合酶链反应技术检测了 34 9例男性淋病患者及 5 3例健康男性 (对照组 )。结果 病例组和对照组衣原体感染率分别为 2 8 1% ,3 8% (P <0 .0 0 1)。处于不同时期的男性淋病患者衣原体感染率分别为 31 3% ,2 6 3% ,2 0 0 %(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 男性淋病患者不同的病程时期均可以合并沙眼衣原体感染且有较高的感染率 ;淋病患者是沙眼衣原体感染的危险因素之一

| Abstract: | Objective The chlamydia trachomatis(CT)in urogenital specimen infection was investigation in male Gonorrhea Methods The chlamydia trachomatis in urogenital sample was detected among 349 male Gonorrhen and 53 healthy men as control group in Dalion by PCR Results The results indicated that the positive rate in the male Gonorrhea and control group was 28.1% and 3.8%( P <0.001), the positive rates of GU, PGU and reexamined Gonorrhea were 31.3%, 26.3%, 20.0% respectively( P >0.05) Conclusion The chlamydia trachomatis infection was mixed with Gonorrhea of different period and it is necessary for Gonorrhea to use anti chlamydra trachomatis drug meantime |
