| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的临床特征和治疗方法。方法对27例腺性膀胱炎患者行经尿道电切电气化术,术后采用羟基喜树碱(20mg/次)膀胱灌注规律治疗2年。定期行膀胱镜检查。结果随访9~48个月,平均26个月。24例临床症状完全消失,3例好转。2例复发,无癌变。结论经尿道电切电气化术联合羟基喜树碱膀胱灌注是治疗腺性膀胱炎的一种安全有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical features and treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods A total of 27 cases of cystitis glandularis were treated with transurethral resection electrovaporization.After surgery all the cases received intravesical instillation of hydroxycamptothecin(20mg once) regularly for 2 years.During the follow-up,cystoscopy was periodically performed.Results The mean follow-up was 26 months(range 9 to 48 months).The clinical symptom of 24 cases disappeared and 3 cases were alleviated.The recurrence occurred in 2 cases.None developed canceration.Conclusion Combining of transurethral resection electrovaporization and hydroxycamptothecin intravesical instillation is a safe and effective therapy for cystitis glandularis. |
