湖南笋干中微量元素的测定

摘    要:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定湖南笋干中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、Mg、Ca等 6种微量元素 ,发现其中Mg、Fe、Zn等微量元素的含量均较高 ,远远高于 2 5种蔬菜中微量元素的含量。此结果表明 :湖南笋干中含有丰富的人体所需微量元素 ,提示湖南笋干作为天然营养补充物质 ,具有较高的营养价值。

Abstract:Six microelement ( Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Mg,Ca)in dried bamboos in Hunan were detected by using atomic absorption spectrophometry. Results showed that the content of Mg , Fe , Zn were higher in dried bamboos in Hunan. The content of Mg,Fe,Zn in the bamboos were obviously higher than those in twenty-five vegetables. It indicated that dried bamboos as natural supplemental nutriment in Hunan had abundant microelements and had highest nutritious value.
