| 摘 要： | 目的:比较Diff-Quik染色法与改良巴氏染色法对精子形态染色效果,寻找简单、快速、准确的精子形态染色方法,替代传统的改良巴氏染色法。方法:选取83份精液标本,每份标本同时采用上述两种染色法对精液图片进行染色,分析两种染色方法的结果。结果:两种染色方法对精子形态评估结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且两种方法对精子正常形态率的评估具有显著正相关性(r=0.926,P<0.01)。结论:Diff-Quik染色法是一种简单、快速、准确的精子形态染色方法,可以替代改良巴氏染色法。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare Diff-Quik stain with improved Papanicolaou stain on sperm morphology evaluation,and to find a relatively quick,simple and accurate sperm morphology stain method which can replace improved Papanicolaou stain.Methods 83 sperm samples were stained synchronously by Diff-Quik stain and improved Papanicolaou staining repectively.And then the results of the two methods were analysed.Results These two stain methods had no difference in evaluating the sperm morphology(P>0.05).They had a positive correlation,and the correlation coefficient was 0.926(P<0.01).Conclusion Diff-Quik stain is a quick,simple and accurate method which in evaluating the sperm morphology.It can replace improved Papanicolaou stain to assess the sperm morphology. |
