198例动态脑电图分析

目的:分析198例发作性疾病24h动态脑电图(AEEG),以评估其对发作性疾病的诊断价值。方法:对198例常规脑电图(REEO)无癎样放电,临床上又高度可疑为癫癎发作的发作性疾病患者行AEEG检查。结果:198例发作性疾病患者中,AEEG的异常程度与年龄呈负相关;198例中共112例确定有癎样放电(52.94%),48例有非特异性异常(24.24%),其中34例根据临床表现为强直—阵挛发作,行AEEG监测29例出现癎样放电(85.29%),较其他类型异常率高。结论:AEEG对发作性疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断有较高的临床价值,检出阳性率与年龄、发作类型相关。

THE ANALYSIS ABOUT THE AMBULATORY EEG IN 198 PATIENTS

Objective： To study the 24h AEEG of 198 patients with paroxysmal diseases and assess its diagnostic value. Methodst： AEEG was examined in 198 patients with paroxysmal diseases. There was no epileptiform discharge in their REEG. Results： In 198 eases, the abmormal level of AEEG is negative correlation with age. There are 112 cases with epileptiform discharge in 198 cases （ 52.94% ） , 48 cases have non-specific abnomal （ 24,24% ） , in them, 34 cases have tonic spasm attack in clinical manifestations, 29 cases have epileptiform discharges （ 85.29% ） , the abnormal rate is higher than that of other type. Concluson： AEEG have higher clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of paroxysmal disease, its positive rate was relative with ages and attack type.
