| 摘 要： | 目的探讨宫腔镜检查在诊断异常子宫出血中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2008年4月～2009年4月因异常子宫出血在我院妇科门诊行宫腔镜检查患者120例,术中定位取材或诊断性刮宫。结果异常子宫出血类型及病理诊断符合率为:子宫内膜增生38例,84.21%(38/32),子宫内膜息肉13例,92.31%(13/12),子宫粘膜下肌瘤18例,100%(18/18),子宫内膜炎26例,88.76%(26/23),萎缩性子宫内膜11例,100%(11/11),宫内胚胎物质残留4例,100%(4/4),子宫内膜癌3例,66.67%(3/2),其他7例,42.86%(7/3),总符合率为:87.5%(120/105)。结论门诊宫腔镜检查异常子宫出血,可提高对子宫内膜萎缩、慢性炎症、子宫粘膜下肌瘤及子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率,是诊断异常子宫出血可靠和理想的手段。

The Value of Diagnosing Abnormal Uterine Bleeding by Hysteroscopy |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of hysteroscopy diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB).Methods 120 cases of AUB were examined by hysteroscopy.During the operation all the patients were taken biopsy or curettaged of uterus.Results Endometrial hyperplasia was diagnosed by hysteroscopy,with the diagnostic coincident rate was 84.21%;which of endometrialpolys was 92.31%,submucosa myoma was 100%,endometritis was 88.46%,atrophic endometrial was 100%,remains of embryo in the uterus was 100%,endometrial carcinoma was 66.67%,and the others were 42.86%.The average diagnostic coincident rate was 87.5%.Conclusion The focus of disease in the uterine cavity can be discovered and taken biopsy by hysteroscopy,which make the diagnosis more directly and correctly. |
