| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年病房的护理风险管理方法，减少风险事件发生。方法针对老年病人易发生跌倒、坠床等意外事件，制订防范措施。加强培训，提高护士风险防范意识，尤其加强对低年资护士的管理，建立规章制度，加强健康教育。结果实施风险管理后，护理意外、护理差错和静脉穿刺失败率显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论针对老年病房常见的护理风险，制订针对性预防措施，可以减少风险事件的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effect of risk management and reduce risk events in gerontology department. Methods The risk managmnent measures included strengthening risk detection,establishing preventive measures aimed at the risk factors of falls,strengthening nurse training to enhance nurses＇ risk awareness, strengthening the management of junior nurses,establishing rules and regulations and strengthening patient health education. Results This practice significantly reduced nursing accidents, nursing errors and failed rate of introvenours puncture. Conclusion Strengthening risk assessment and preventive measures aimed at the common risk factors in gerontology department can reduce risk events. |
