颈椎前路手术治疗颈椎骨折的围术期护理

目的：探讨经颈椎前路手术治疗颈椎骨折患者围手术期的有效护理。方法：总结25例颈椎骨折患者的围术期护理方法及体会并详细介绍术前、术后护理、并发症的护理及术后康复训练等。结果：术后随访0.5-2年,根据功能评价,神经功能恢复良好,无明显并发症发生。结论：对于经颈椎前路手术治疗颈椎骨折患者加强围术期的护理和康复训练,可以有效促进患者的康复。

Perioperation Nursing on Cervical Vertebra Bone Fracture Through the Cervical Vertebra Route

Objective： The cervical vertebra bone fracture patient atter the cervical vertehra route ahead surgery to encircle the surgery time effective nursing. Method： After summarizing 25 example cervical vertebra bone fracture patient to encircle in front of the technique time nursing method and the experience and the detailed introduction technique, the technique nurses, complication nursing and the technique is restored to health the training and so on. Result： After the technique makes a follow - up visit for 0.5 -2 years in postoperation according to evaluation of nerve function,they recovered better no complication happened. Conclusion： Regarding passes through the cervical vertebra route ahead surgery to treat the cervical vertebra bone fracture patient to strengthen encircles the technique time nursing and the recovery training, may promote patient＇s recovery effectively.
