臀肌挛缩症治疗的回顾性分析兼论相关问题

目的：探讨臀肌挛缩症的手术方式，临床分型分度，术后功能锻炼措施等一系列问题。方法：1280例患者，采用“Z”型彻底松解延长术及有效锻炼措施，结合临床研究及回顾性分析，将臀肌挛缩症的治疗进行明显规范。结果：本组病例随访3月－2年，有效率100％，治愈率98．5％，近期并发症5％，远期并发症0．2％，结论：明确诊断，结合规范手术操作和有效的功能锻炼，可以大大提高该病的治疗效果。

Retrospective Analysis of the Gluteal Muscles Contracture and Discuss the Relative Problems

Objective: To investigate into the operation way, clinical classification, postoperative function exercise of gluteal muscles contracture. Methods: A “Z—shaped” release lengthening operation and efficiency exercise were employed by 1?280 cases, the treatment for gluteal muscles contracture has been clearly standarded, combining with clinical research and retrospective analysis. Results: The cases were followed up from 3 months to 2 years, the good rate was 100%, the cure rate was 98.5%, the recent complication 5%, the late complication 0.2%. Conclusion: It can greatly improve the effect of the treatment for this kind of disease that if it has distinct diagnosis, clear standard operation and effeciency function exercise.
