带血供骨膜瓣与同种异体脱钙骨联合修复大段骨缺损的实验研究

目的　探讨带血供骨膜瓣与同种异体脱钙骨联合修复大段骨缺损的效果。方法　以兔桡骨中段 15mm的大段骨缺损为模型 ,通过X线lane评分、组织学观察、电镜扫描 ,评价术后 4、8、12、16周时带血供骨膜瓣与同种异体脱钙骨联合修复骨缺损的效果。结果　带血供的骨膜瓣与同种异体脱钙骨联合修复效果明显好于单纯脱钙骨组 ,前者在Lane评分 (P <0 .0 5 )、组织学观察等方面均优于后者。结论　带血供骨膜瓣与同种异体脱钙骨联合修复大段骨缺损效果优于单纯脱钙骨。

Experimental Repair of Segmental Bone Defects in Rabbits with Demineralized Allograft Covered by Vascularized Autogenous Periosteum

Objective To evaluate the effect of vascularized autogenous periosteum combined with demineralized allograft in the treatment of bone defect of long bone. Methods The animal models of bilateral radius bone defect about 15mm were created by surgery in the big ear white rabbits. The effect was observed by gross, histopathological, electromicroscopic scan and X-ray examinations, and was determined by biomechanics 4, 8, 12 and 16 weeks after operation. Result By gross, histopathological, electromicroscopic scan, X-ray examinations and biomechanics, the results indicated that the bone defect was better repaired with vasciularized autogenous periosteum combined with demineralized allograft than with demineralized allograft alone(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of vascularized autogenous periosteum graft is better than that of demineralized allograft alone in the repair of radius defects in rabbits.The vascularized periosteum combination therapy can promote the healing of bone defect rapidly and reliably.
