Survivin蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及其意义

目的 研究凋亡抑制因子Survivin蛋白在前列腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法，对Survivin蛋白在41例前列腺癌、5例正常前列腺组织和10例前列腺增生组织中表达水平进行检测。结果 Survivin在正常前列腺组织、前列腺增生组织庭前列腺癌组织表达阳性率分别为0、10，0％和68．3％。正常前列腺组织与前列腺增生组织组织表达水平差异无显著性（P〉0．05），Survivin在肿瘤组织中表达明显高于非肿瘤组织（P〈0．01）。不同的病理分级前列腺癌组织中Survivin表达差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。随临床分期的增高，survivin阳性表达例数增加，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 Survivin在前列腺癌组织中稳定的高表达。使它可能成为前列腺肿瘤治疗中潜在的药物分子靶，并能预示前列腺癌组织的侵袭能力。

Expression of Survivin protein in prostate cancer and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the expression of the inhibitor of apoptosis(Survivin) in the prostate carcinoma and its clinical value. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used in detecting Survivin in 5 normal prostate tissues (NP), 10 benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) and 41 prostate carcinoma (Pca) tissues. Results The positive rates of expression of Survivin in normal prostate tissues, benign prostate hyperplasia and prostate carcinoma tissues were 0, 10.0% and 68.3%, respectively. The Survivin expression level between normal prostate tissues and benign prostate hyperplasia have no statistical difference. The expression of Survivin in carcinoma tissues was evidently higher than the non-carcinoma ones (P <0.01). There was no significance among the different pathological grades of the Survivin expression (P >0.05). With the increasing clinical stage of prostate carcinoma, the number of positive staining was also increasing, and it reached the statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Survivin has the high expression in prostate carcinoma so that it probably becomes the potential drug molecular target during the treatment of prostate carcinoma and it might be positive correlations with the invasive ability of prostate carcinoma.
