| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑囊虫病的临床特点和MRI特点，以减少误诊。方法：回顾性分析1996年2月～2006年6月在四川大学华西医院确诊的30例脑囊虫病的临床特点和头颅MRI特点。结果：癫痫发作（66．67％）为脑囊虫病的最常见的临床表现，好发于青少年，头颅MRI具有特征性，不同时期头颅MRI具有不同特点，但确诊需行囊虫抗体检测。结论：青少年癫痫发作并且颅内占位应注意脑囊虫病可能，头颅MRI分析有助于确诊脑囊虫病。 |

| Abstract: | Objective ：To explore the clinic and MRI characteristic of cysticercosis of the brain so as to reduce misdiagnosis. Methods： analysis the the clinic and MRI characteristic of 30 cases cysticercosis of the brain,which diagnosis in west China hospital of Sichuan University from 1996 to 2006. Results： seizure （66.67 %）is the most common clinical manifestation, and adolescent patients was more than other ages in cysticercosis of the brain. MRI of the disease has special manifestation in different stages and the antibody examination can get the final diagnosis. Conclusion： we should pay attention to think of cysticercosis of the brain when we find seizure with toumor in adolescent and the MRI is good to get the final diagnosis. |
