Bi-PAP呼吸机治疗急性呼吸衰竭的临床研究

目的观察Bi-PAP呼吸机正压通气治疗急性呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法将来我科治疗的77例患者随机分为两组,其中对照组37例,给予常规的对症支持治疗,观察组40例,在对照组的基础上采用Bi-PAP呼吸机进行辅助治疗,观察记录两组患者治疗前后呼吸频率、心率及1h、24h动脉血气的改变。结果观察组治疗后呼吸频率、心率及pH、PaO2、PaCO2较治疗前有明显改善（P〈0.05）,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Bi-PAP呼吸机治疗急性呼吸衰竭疗效显著,值得广泛应用。

The curative effect of acute respiratory failure treated with bilevel positive airway pressure ventilation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acute respiratory failure treated with bi-PAP ventilation.Methods 77 patients with acute respiratory failure in our department were divided into two groups,37 cases of the control group were treated by conventional therapy,and 40 cases of the observation group were treated with Bi-PAP ventilation at the basis of the control group.The changes of the respiratory rate（RR）,the heart rate（HR）and the level of arterial blood gas（ABG）were recorded and analyzed before and 1 hour,24 hours after the treatment.Results The changes of the respiratory rate（RR）,the heart rate（HR）and the levels of pH、PaO2、PaCO2 were improved significantly than before（P0.05）,and also improved significantly than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Bi-PAP ventilation in treatment of acute respiratory failure has good efficacy,and it is worth to use broadly.
