电视胸腔镜辅助小切口的临床应用

目的 探讨胸腔镜辅助下小切口胸腔手术在胸外科临床应用。方法 总结26例胸腔镜辅助下小切口手术方法及临床效果。结果 全组病例均治愈出院。无术后并发症，手术平均时间65min，术后平均住院4．5d。结论 胸腔镜辅助下小切口胸腔手术安全简便，创伤小，疗效确切，费用低廉，该方法扩大了胸腔外科治疗的适应症，值得推广。

The clinical application of Video－ assisted Mini thorautomy

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Video-assisted Mini thorautomy (VAMT). Methods The operation method and clinical effect of 26 cases VAMT were summarized prospectively. Results All operation were successful and all patients had a quick recovery from operation. No operative complications were found, average hospital stay was 4.5 days, and average operation time was 65minutes. Conclusion VAMT has many advantages such as safety, less trauma, simple operative method, low cost and short hospital stay. VAMT amplify operation range and is worth to be generalized widely.
