| 摘 要： | 目的评价术前访视老年外科ICU患者的有效性和可行性。方法按随机数字表法将80例老年危重手术患者分为对照组和实验组，每组40例。对照组患者实施传统护理方法。实验组患者实施术前访视。比较术后不同时间内两组患者监护室的转出率及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果实验组患者7d内的转出率明显高于对照组，8～14d的转出率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组患者对护理服务的满意率明显高于对照组，不满意率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论术前访视可向老年患者提供有关手术、麻醉、术后护理等方面的信息，及时了解老年患者的心理需求和病情变化，消除其紧张心理，促进了危重患者的术后康复，增强了患者对护士的信任感和依赖感，提高了护理质量。
