| 摘 要： | 目的了解与分析上海市闸北区共和新社区60岁以上老年人医疗服务需要与利用现状。方法采用入户问卷调查的方式,对共和新社区90岁以上老年人进行普查,60～89岁老人进行整群随机抽样调查,获得有效问卷697份。结果老年人2周患病率和慢性病患病率分别为55.4%和64.7%,2周就诊率和年住院率分别为35.0%和10.8%。结论医疗服务需要大,慢性病防治应成为医疗保健服务重点,社区基层医疗服务利用仍然不足。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To understand and analyze the health need and utilization among the elderly aged 60 and above in Gonghexin community in Shanghai. METHODS Census method was used for the elderly aged 90 and above,while Cluster random sampling method was used for the elderly aged between 60 to 89. Finally,697 elderly were investigated with questionnaires. RESULTS Two-week prevalence rate was 55.4%,the overall prevalence of chronic disease was 64.7%. 35.0% of them sought medical consultation in the past two weeks,and the rate of hospitalization was 10.8% during the past year. CONCLUSION Health need for the elderly was high,the utilization of community-based health services was lower. Prevention of chronic disease should be strengthened. |
