丹阳市医院消毒效果调查

摘    要:了解丹阳市医院消毒状况,为加强医院感染管理提供依据,采用现场调查和抽检方法对丹阳市各级医疗机构进行了监测。结果,全市医疗机构消毒总合格率为76.9%,全市以第3季度合格率最低。县、乡镇、村及个体医疗机构合格率分别为86.3%、78.6%、75.4%、59.5%。个体医疗机构合格率最低。各项物品检测合格率较低的为紫外线辐射照度63.2%、口腔器械51.6%、空气39.2%、湿化瓶水23.3%。Ⅱ级场所空气合格率(50.0%)高于Ⅲ级场所(32.5%)。各类使用中消毒液合格率在71.1%~94.4%之间。结论,基层医疗机构的消毒灭菌工作质量存在严重问题,应加强对室内空气、口腔器械、紫外线辐射照度的重点监测。

Abstract:In order to know the status of disinfection in hospitals of Danyang City for providing the basis for strengthening the administration of nosocomial infection,field survey and selective examination method were used to carry out monitoring of medical institutions at various levels in Danyang City.Results: The overall eligible rate of disinfection in medical institutions throughout the city was 76.9%,with the lowest eligible rate in third quarter.The eligible rates of medical institutions of counties,towns and villages and private clinics were 86.3%,78.6%,75.4% and 59.5% respectively,with private medical institutions showing the lowest eligible rate.The articles with relatively low eligible rates were ultraviolet radiation intensity 63.2%,stomatological instruments 51.6%,air 39.2% and water of humidifying bottle 23.3%.The eligible rate of air in grade-Ⅱ places(50.0%) was higher than that in grade-Ⅲ places(32.5%).The eligible rate of disinfectant solution in use ranged from 71.1% to 94.4%.Conclusions: There are serious problems in quality of disinfection and sterilization work in basic medical institutions.Monitoring of indoor air,stomatological instruments and ultraviolet radiation intensity should be particularly strengthened.
