2例胎骨残留致不孕经宫腔镜治疗的临床护理

目的:探讨宫腔镜对宫内胚物残留的诊治价值。方法:宫腔镜诊断、定位宫腔残留后清宫或直接镜下钳夹等治疗。结果:在B超监护下宫腔镜胎骨残留取出均一次成功。无子宫穿孔、阴道大出血等并发症。结论:宫腔镜手术在诊治宫内胚物残留中有良好的临床价值,可改善生殖预后,是一种安全、有效、微创的首选方法。护士术中严密观察与配合是保证手术成功的关键。

Hysteroscopy treatment and nursing on two cases of infertility caused by residual fetus

Objectives：to investigate on the value of hysteroscopy in the treatment and diagnosis of intrauterine embryo residues. Method：A series of treatments were used including hysteroscopy diagnosis and location of intrauterine residue, uterine curettage or endoscopic treatment of direct clamping, etc. Results： Hysteroscopy in the custody of B-residue removal was successful for fetus. No uterine perforation, vaginal bleeding occurred. Conclusion： Hysteroscopy surgery in the treatment of intrauterine embryo residues is of great clinical value. Being safe, effective, and minimally invasive, it can greatly improve the reproductive prognosis. Careful observation and cooperation of nurses in surgery is the key to ensure successful operation.
