乌鲁木齐地区汉族成人血液生化指标正常值参考范围的建立与比较

目的:综合考虑性别和地域的影响,建立符合乌鲁木齐地区汉族成人血液生化特点的正常值参考范围。方法:随机抽取乌鲁木齐地区不同职业的健康查体汉族成人3053例、12项生化指标检测数据,用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析,以-x±1.96s确立生化指标正常值参考范围,并与试剂厂家及全国临床检验操作规程提供的参考值进行比较。结果:乌鲁木齐地区汉族成人血液生化指标正常值参考范围存在性别间差异;与试剂厂家提供的正常值参考范围以及全国临床检验操作规程提供的参考值相比多数指标差异显著或极显著。结论:血液生化指标受性别、地域等因素影响较大,各地区应建立符合本地区人群特点的血液生化指标正常值参考范围,使其对保健、疾病预防、临床诊断起到重要指导意义。

Blood Biochemical Indexes of Urumqi Han Normal Adults Reference Range's Established and Comparison

Objective： To establish adult blood biochemical characteristics of the blood biochemical indicators of normal reference range of Urumqi Han adults, considering the gender and geographical impact. Methods： Random sampling method in Urumqi different occupational health check Han adults 3,053 cases and 12 biochemical indices of data, using statistical analysis software spss10. 0 , using x ± 1.96s establish normal reference range of biochemical markers, and with the reagent manufacturers and National clinical testing rules providing a reference values for comparison. Results： Urumqi Han biochemical indicators normal adult reference range of gender differences; comparing with reagent manufacturers and National clinical testing rules to provide a reference values ,it＇s indicators significantly or very significantly. Conclusion： Gender and geographical factors had significant effect on biochemical indexes in blood. All regions of the country should establish reference value applying to corresponding region, which would have advising value to health, disease prevention, diagnosis of different areas crowd.
