帕罗西汀治疗女性更年期抑郁症的疗效观察

目的:观察帕罗西汀治疗女性更年期抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:将100例女性更年期抑郁症患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服帕罗西汀20mg,qd;对照组口服盐酸氟西汀20mg,qd。6周后进行疗效、睡眠质量、焦虑水平以及安全性比较。结果:治疗后,治疗组有效率为94.00%,对照组为92.00%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且不良反应发生率比较亦无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但治疗组Hamilton焦虑量表评分总分及精神性焦虑、躯体性焦虑评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分总分与各因子分数亦显著低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:帕罗西汀治疗女性更年期抑郁症在缓解焦虑状态、改善睡眠质量方面优于盐酸氟西汀。

Efficacy Observation of Paroxetine in the Treatment of Female Climacteric Depression

OBJECTIVE:To observe of therapeutic efficacy of paroxetine in the treatment of female climacteric depression. METHODS:All 100 female patients were divided into 2 groups according to clinical random control principle with 50 cases in each group.Treatment group was given paroxetine(20 mg,qd)while control group(20 mg,qd)given fluoxetine hydrochloride.Therapeutic efficacy,sleep improvement,anxiety level and safety were compared after 6 weeks of treatment.RESULTS:After treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 94.00%,and that of control group was 92.00%,there was no significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05),and no difference was found in 2 groups in term of adverse drug reactions(P>0.05).After HAMA scoring,total score,mental anxiety and somatic anxiety score of treatment group were lower than in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);PSQI total score,each factor score were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05, P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Paroxetine is better than commonly used drugs fluoxetine hydrochloride in relieving anxiety depression effectively and improving sleep quality in the treatment of femal climacteric depression.
