间接光生物调节作用

摘    要:功能内稳态(function-specific homeostasis,FSH)是维持功能充分稳定发挥的负反馈机制。FSH特异的应激(FSH-specificstress,FSS)打破FSH。处于FSS特异内稳态(FSS-specific homeostasis,FSSH)的FSS称为成功应激,远离FSSH的FSS称为慢性应激。弱光不直接影响FSH/FSSH,但可以调节慢性应激直至应激成功。一个生物系统处于所研究的FSH/FSSH(studiedFSH/FSSH,sFSH/sFSSH)就是sFSH/sFSSH所稳定的生物功能/FSS处于sFSH/sFSSH,其他生物功能/FSS可以远离各自的FSH/FSSH(other FSH/FSSH,oFSH/oFSSH)。虽然弱光不能直接影响sFSH/sFSSH,但可以调节其他远离oFSH/oFSSH的生物功能/FSS。由于sFSH/sFSSH的抗干扰作用,只有有利于sFSH/sFSSH的维持或提升的oFSH/oFSSH(allowed oFSH/oFSSH,aFSH/aFSSH)能够得以建立。弱光通过促进远离aFSH/aFSSH的生物功能/FSS建立aFSH/aFSSH来维持或提升sFSH/sF-SSH。这种光生物调节作用(photobiomodulation,PBM)称为间接PBM(indirect PBM,iPBM)。本文为iPBM最新研究进展的综述。

Abstract:Function-specific homeostasis(FSH) is a negative feedback response for a function to be fully performed.An FSH-specific stress(FSS) disrupts the FSH.An FSS in FSS-specific homeostasis(FSSH) is called successful stress.An FSS far from its FSSH is just chronic stress.Low level laser irradiation or monochromatic light(LLL) has no direct effect on FSH/FSSH,but modulates a chronic stress until it is successful.A biosystem in studied FSH/FSSH(sFSH/sFSSH) means the studied function/FSS in sFSH/sFSSH,but other functions/FSS may be far from other FSH/FSSH(oFSH/oFSSH).Among them,the other function/FSS which oFSH/oFSSH can enhance the quality of sFSH/sFSSH will be modulated by LLL so that the oFSH/oFSSH will be established and then the sFSH/sFSSH will be upgraded.This photobiomodulation(PBM) is called indirect PBM(iPBM) and will be reviewed in this paper.
