县级医院创建学习型医院的实践

摘    要:面对日趋激烈的竞争环境,越来越多的组织通过创建学习型组织来增强自己的竞争实力。县级医院处于城市三级医院和社区一级医院的夹击之中,科研创新能力普遍较弱,面临较大的竞争压力,我院在创建学习型医院的过程中,逐渐摸索出转变领导角色、职业生涯管理、增强团队自主性等一套行之有效的做法,取得了良好的效果,能为其他县级医院创建学习型组织提供借鉴和帮助。

Abstract:Faced with increasingly fierce competitive environment,more and more organizations enhance their competitive strength by creating a learning organization.County-level hospitals are in the competition with the tertiary hospitals in the city on one flank,and the one-grade hospitals in the community on the other.Research innovation capacity of county-level hospitals is generally weak in greater competitive pressures.Our hospital has gradually worked out a set of ways to create a learning hospital,such as change of leadership roles,career management,enhancement of team autonomy,and so on,and achieved good results.These practices can provide a reference and help for other county-lever hospitals in creating a learning hospital.
