| 摘 要： | 目的:探索中药更宁丸治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制。方法:以去卵巢大鼠为动物模型,戊酸雌二醇片为阳性对照药物,采用放射免疫测定法观察该丸剂对模型大鼠血清E2、FSH、LH、T、P、T3、T4及TSH等激素水平的影响。结果:与去卵巢空白对照组比较,更宁丸能升高去卵巢大鼠血清E2值,大剂量时还能升高血清P值,降低去卵巢大鼠血清FSH、LH、T3、T4值;差异均有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:更宁丸能多途径调节生殖内分泌功能,改善甲状腺功能,从而稳定机体内环境,缓解围绝经期综合征症状。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the principles of treatment for perimenopausal syndrome with Gengning pill.METHODS The effects of Gengning pill on the levels of FSH,LH,E2,TSH,TT3 and TT4 of ovariectomized rats were observed.RESULTS Compared with those of blank contrasts,Gengning pill could decrease the levels of FSH、LH、TT3、TT4 of ovariectomized rats distinctively(P<0.05).Meanwhile,it candecrease the levels of TSH and increase the value of E2 of ovariectomized rats indistinctively(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Gengning pill can regulate the functions of gonad axis and thyroid gland axis of ovariectomized rats.The result of this experiment indicates that Gengning pill can treat perimenopausal syndrome effectively. |
