吸烟与男性2型糖尿病患者勃起功能障碍的相关性研究

目的研究吸烟与男性2型糖尿病（DM）患者勃起功能障碍（ED）的相关性。方法通过对400例男性2型DM患者的问卷调查，采用勃起功能国际指数（IIEF-5）评分问卷对其勃起功能进行评分，按照患者吸烟指数进行分组。比较各组的基础信息和勃起功能。结果大量吸烟组ED患病率为75．5％、中量吸烟组ED患病率为70．2％、少量吸炯组ED患病率为60．0％、不吸烟组ED患病率为56．0％、戒烟组ED患病率为59．5％：大量吸烟组ED的患病率与其他四组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论大量吸烟可能是男性2型DM患者ED患病率增加的一个重要因素。

Study on the correlation of cigarettes consumption with type 2 diabetic male erectile dysfunction

Objective To investigate the relationship of cigarettes consumption with type 2 diabetic male erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods All of 400 diabetic male patients accepted information inqury,physical examination and blood sample detection.All the study patients were classified into five groups by smoking index.Their erectile function were evaluated with international index of EF(IIEF-5) to analyze its relationship with cigarettes consumption by SPSS15.0.Results 120 patients were found to have ED in heavy cigarettes consumption group,and 66 patients in moderate cigarettes consumption group,18 patients in mild cigarettes consumption group,42 patients in no cigarettes consumption group,27 patients in smoking cessation group.The analysis of rank sum test showed that mobidity of ED in heavy cigarettes consumption group was significantly greater than that of the other groups.Conclusion Excessive cigarettes consumption plays an important role in the development of ED in diabetic male patients.
