265株金黄色葡萄球菌对常用抗菌药物耐药性监测

目的了解医院住院病人临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌分布情况及其耐药性,为合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法通过细菌分离鉴定方法和药敏试验,对某医院住院病人标本金黄色葡萄球菌进行实验室检测。结果自2010年1月-2011年6月从某医院住院病人临床标本中共分离出265株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌占38.11%。所分离的金黄色葡萄球菌主要来自ICU,耳鼻喉科,内分泌科和呼吸内科等科室。分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑烷、替加环素等5种抗菌药物全部敏感,对青霉素类、环丙沙星和复方新诺明等十多种临床常用抗菌药物不同程度耐药。结论某医院住院病人标本分离的金黄色葡萄球菌主要来自呼吸道感染病人的痰标本,对常用抗菌药物不同程度耐药。

SURVEILLANCE ON THE DRUG RESISTANCE OF 265 STRAINS OF Staphylococcus aureus

Objective To know the distribution and drug-resistance of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from clinical,so as to provide basis for reasonable use of antibiotics.Methods The bacterial isolation and identification method and drug sensitivity test were used to detect the S.aureus of inpatients sample.Results 265 strains of S.aureus were isolated from 2010 Jan to 2011 Jun in our hospital,of which methicillin-resistant S.aureus(MRSA) was 38.11%.The S.aureus was mainly from ICU,otorbinoiaryngological department,endocrine department and respiratory medicine department.The isolated S.aureus were sensitive to vancomycin,linezolid and tigacycline.They had different resistance to the clinical commonly used antibiotics,such as penicillin,ciprofloxacin and cotrimoxazole.Conclusion The S.aureus isolated from inpatient are mainly from the sputum of respiratory tract infection patients,and are resistance to commonly used antibiotics.
