发热门诊患者的就诊心理及行为分析

目的 对发热门诊患者的就诊心理及行为进行分析，从患者角度进一步完善发热门诊的设置。方法以我院2007年5月份到发热门诊就诊的106例病人为调查对象，采用问卷方式进行，对发热门诊患者的就诊心理及行为进行调查分析。结果104份有效答卷中，85％进行过自我诊断，88％有自我治疗，86％对发热有紧张感，76％对到发热门诊就诊有恐惧感，83％的病人希望选择专家就诊，87％要求用抗生素治疗。结论发热门诊患者存在疑诊心理与自我治疗的行为，对痰病及到发热门诊就诊及治疗有紧张与恐惧感，同时还有迫切希望快速治愈的心理。针对患者的就诊心理及行为，有必要加强发热性疾病知识的宣传，加强发热门诊的建设。

ANALYSIS OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL ACTIVITY AND BEHAVIOR OF PATIENTS IN THE FEVER CLINIC

Objective Research how to improve the work efficiency of the fever clinic from patient＇ s perspective by analyzing the psychological activity and behavior of people in the fever clinic. Methods In May 2007, 106 patients in the fever clinic were investigated by questionnaires. Results 104 questionnaires were qualified, 85% of the patients had thought about the diagnoses of disease by themselves, and 88% had taken medicines before seeing a doctor, When getting fever, 86% were anxious and 76% were afraid to go to the fever clinic, 83% preferred to select an expert and 87% asked for antibiotic for treatment. Conclusion Patients in the fever clinic were suspect of the diagnosis and would self-treat the disease. And they felt anxious and feared to go to the hospital; they hoped to recover as soon as possible. It should he to propaganda the knowledge about fever and make advantage of the department.
